Our Refresh classes are self-care classes that are designed with the particular needs of a professional healer in mind. Our classes are offered in a live (virtual) format, and all registrants receiving access to the recording — so that you can be nourished on your schedule if you can’t join us live. All classes are pay-what-you-can. Sharon and Carryn each teach a class every month, and we feature occasional guest teachers as well. Make sure you’re on our email list to stay notified of upcoming classes.

Yin Yoga
with Carryn Lund, LMSW, RYT
Helping you to find ease and rest
Join us for the gentle practice of yin yoga to help you care for your body in a quiet, nurturing way. Yin encourages tension release through a series of postures (all seated or reclined), each held for several minutes, supported by the use of props (pillows, blankets, blocks).

Engage in community with other healers, to enjoy a nurturing combination of contemplative practices (breathwork, gentle movement, and guided meditation) designed uniquely each month around a theme relevant to you as a healer.
